I ordered a pair of shoes from jagerstore on March 1st, 2011. Before I placed my order I contacted the store to ask if the shoes I was interested in were available and whether it would be possible to have my order shipped by Airsure or a Courier service because I needed to have the order in my hands before a certain date (18 March).
The store replied and told me the shoes were available, shipping would be by FedEx International and I would receive my order late next week (ie, around March 11, 2011). I was satisfied with their reply and placed my order immediately. I specified I wanted shipping by FedEx during my order too, just in case.
One week later I receive an order update in which it stated that my order was dispatched on March 8, 2011 using Royal Mail International Signed For service! They dispatched my order 7 days after payment using a much lower quality service than what was agreed upon, totally ignoring our agreement and the handling instructions I gave for my order. Needless to say, the order hasn't arrived yet (today's date: March 16, 2011) and I probably won't have it in time.
I contacted the store after receiving the order update but I was completely ignored. STAY AWAY!
