Coaching Leadership

This website is about our coaching proposition which is to Coach Passion and Perspective without Compromise, maximising the contribution from leaders to enable businesses to tackle these challenging times.

This is acheived through a one-to-one coaching intervention that delivers enhanced awareness of the individual and the environment, followed by a focus on development connected with business targets. We are passionate about the development of the individual for the benefit of the organisation.

We successfully work with employees at all levels in the organisation however I focus my coaching on current leaders and those aspiring to become 21st Century Leaders. We have also partnered with Fitzgibbon Associates, Business Psychologists; to deliver a special programme for Women Leaders.
