Good morning, I've been dining with you in Clapham for number of years now and always recommend you when people ask where they should eat.
However we were there last night and both myself and my wife just thought the food tasted a little bland. We had the spicy edamame which wasn't, the Kataiffi prawns and the sause was a little watery.
The Yellowtail Sashimi Jalapeno was awesome as always. The sauce with the chicken gyoza again was a bit light and the lamb wasabi just wasn't as hot as usual. The service was great and no complaints there, just thought you should know.

I was writing to say, the turnaround of the clapham branch is incredible.
The staff are outstanding, the managers handle everything with skill, diplomacy and ease. The food i eat is sublime consistently. I eat there nearly every day so i am one of the best judges and critics, the constant high standard of the food, the charm and friendly people who work there have impressed me beyond belief.
I have eaten sushi in many countries around the world ( and i am incredibly critical and not easily pleased) and i give the food im eating now, the best award of excellence i could give. And the staff i give such a big thanks to all for making me so welcome. The managers also huge thanks for the wonderful and smooth way it all runs. Perfection and excellence in South West london! I dont need to travel elsewhere when i have the best on my doorstep. Thank you Tsunami, and to the owner, the managers, the chefs and the staff.

I visited your tsunami restaurant last Tuesday with my sister and my cousin who was on holiday here from New York. The first thing that I must say is that the food was amazing and the cocktails were fantastic!
Although there can be a bit of a wait inbetween courses, it was worth it.
Fresh, delicious, well presented and leaving your taste buds dancing. The staff were lovely. Very attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable.
We have no complaints and my cousin who raves about sushi restaurants in New York could not fault anything here. She was very surprised that the quality of sushi here in London was of such a high standard.
I will be back very soon to celebrate my sister's birthday next week and we are really looking forward to it.
Tsunami is a place I will be recommending to anyone who will listen.
