not have to click on your link, however if and when your link is displayed to a

Category listing and search results are ranked based on ascending order of the highest
bid for each category listings then by sites that links back to us followed by date
of submission of the site.

Where and how many listings will be displayed/listed?
Your listings will be displayed under your chosen categories, regions or from a
search result when the search term matches your keywords, site description, URL,
or region by our site search engine. On related sites, your listing will be displayed
automatically, if your search term matches the category.
We will display at least top 3 recommended sites with direct links to specific pages
on your site, on the home page of our site that provides the visitor with more information
about your products and services. These are charged by pay per display/impressions.
We also provide a pay per display/impressions on our Site Photo Gallery section
on the our home page, where a photo of your site is automatically generated and
displayed, whereby a visitors can see from the offset if the site is appropriate
for their enquires.

How much will each listing cost?
There is no fee for listing; you only pay for each click for any listing you submit.
There is an initial non-refundable deposit you have to make for 29.95. After that,
you will only be charged on a per click basis and based on your bid amount for each
listing, the amount for each click will be deducted from your initial deposit.
If your account balance falls to zero, your site will still be listed, but listed
at the bottom of the category below all the other bidder's sites, a notification
email will be sent to you notifying you of this, however if your account balance
is not replenish within three months of this notification your listing will be deleted.

Are there any restrictions on type of sites/keywords/category I can be listed under?
Yes, you can only submit appropriate keywords that describe the nature of your business/web
site. As long as you choose the right category, keywords and your site is related
to category, business products or business related services we will consider your
listing. However, each listing will be reviewed and validated by an editor.
We would like to make sure our visitors find relevant sites even with the paid listings,
as our success and your success depends upon providing relevant information to our
audience. Since our site is related to business/small business topics, we will not
accept any general sites or listings that are not relevant to our category, at this
time.

How long does it take to get listed?
Your listing will be approved within 2-5 business days. However, in some cases it
may take longer.

How do I know how much to bid for my listing?
In your account management, when editing your listing your page position will be
displayed based on your current or final bid.
You can also modify your bid amounts at a later date to position your listing.

many listings can I submit?
As many as you wish, however if you are looking for higher click-thru for certain
listings, then we advice you to concentrate on those and try to placed them within
the top 3 positions.

not showing up?
All listings will have to be approved by the admin, before they can appear on our
site. This is clearly stated in the policy and this is a requirement for the quality
control purposes. In other words, we may not accept all listings submitted and when
your listings are accepted / rejected, you will be notified by email.

When will I start getting clicks, how many clicks will I get?
We are not providing any guarantees for the amount of clicks or the time period
in which a certain number of clicks to be delivered. You will get a priority listing
on our site and you will only be charged for the amount of each click from your
account for whatever you bid, until your funds are depleted. Some categories receive
more clicks than the others and it depends upon several things including the popularity
of the category.

Why do I have to make a deposit, can you bill me later?
You are required to make a deposit so we can deduct the amount for each click from
your account balance.
It is not the cost effective way for us to collect payments by sending a bill at
a later date. This will cost us in terms of additional resources, not to mention
the losses we may have to absorb from any delinquent accounts.

Will I be notified when my account reaches a low balance?
Yes - based on your daily usage we will calculate and send an email to you five
days prior to the date of your account depletion.

What happens if my account runs out of money?
If your account runs out of money all of your listings will be automatically listed
at the bottom of the given category and would be deleted if not replenish within
three months of depletion.

If my account runs out of money can I deposit funds and reactivate listings?
Absolutely, you can.

If my account is deleted, can I re-list again under the same category and get my
original position?
Yes, you can re-list again.
However, you cannot be guaranteed the same position you held previously without
bidding higher than the person who currently occupied this position

What happens if someone clicks repetitively on my listing, will I be charged for
all those fake clicks?
We monitor and configured the system to count only unique clicks within six hours
of each other (each click resulting from a specific IP address is counted only once
within a six hour period) to prevent false charges resulting from repetitive clicks.

How do I know you do not charge me for fake repetitive clicks?
Within the reporting section we include a set of unique characters (uvvafkadojajfdkla)
with all clicks, IP addresses are also logged. If there are multiple clicks for
the same listing, then they will not be counted. Check it out yourself!

Who is PayPal and why should I pay them and not directly to you?
PayPal is our payment processor and the premier payment processing service on the
Net. We chose Paypal for several reasons:
1. Every account on PayPal is insured for up to 100,000. All transactions are safe
and secure.
2. PayPal is already a trusted third party processor on the net with customers using
their service for payments on well known online sites such as ebay.
3. We never see your credit card information; your information is safe and secure.

If I only use a portion of my deposit and cancel my account, can I get a refund
for the balance?
No - once you have made a deposit, we cannot refund it or any portion, of it thereafter.
Hence we require only a small initial deposit. We are sure you will like the results
because you cannot get advertising so cost effective and result oriented, anywhere
else on the net - guaranteed.

It will take 24-48 hrs. For your account to be updated, once you add new funds.

Where/how do I manage my listings?
When you signup you will be asked to enter a username and a password of your choice.
For future account logins you can use this information to access your account activity,
to add/modify/delete existing listings, to view reports and to add funds to your
account.

How do I add new or additional listings?
Click the Manage Listings link and you will be provided with a menu. Click on the
link "Add Listings" to submit new listings.

Can I change the description for my listing(s) later?
Yes, when you are in the "Manage Listings" menu, click on the link "Edit
Listings" and all of your current listings will be printed. Just click on the
listing you wish to update and make necessary changes.

How do I get a higher ranking for my listing?
When you are in the "Manage Listings" section, click on the link "Edit
Listings". You will be provided with all of your existing listings along with
the amount of your bid and the ranking.
If your listing is not in the top most position, you will also see how much you
will need to bid in order to achieve the top position.
You can select any specific listings within this menu and edit (increase or decrease)
your bid.

I'm not sure how much to bid for each of my listings. How do I find out the existing
bids in a specific category?
By select a category from the drop down list, you'll be presented with the minimum
bid and the top 10 positions for that category.
